    Hi, I'm Jack from Vermont.

I recently bought a 1937 Lasalle four door sedan, all original with what I'm pretty sure is the original engine transmission and drivetrain. It runs and drives, and everything appears to work. Pretty rough, but very little rot. My question is this: I would like to replace all the fluidsand lubricants, and grease everything before I run it at all, but I don't know what I should use for everything.

    Motor oil?
    Transmission fluid?
    Rear End?
    Brake Fluid?
    Suspension Grease?
    U Joint Grease?
    Water Pump Grease?
    Gasoline Additive?

My water pump is actually leaking antifreeze out of the grease fitting on the top of it. Does this mean I have to rebuild it? Or will greasing it fix the problem? Or will it be bad to grease the thing if it's going to mix with the coolant?

I've asked around a little bit around here and everytime I do, the guy's head disappears and a giant question mark appears.

    Thanks a lot,

    Jack
